Welcome to Vantra. By creating an account or using Vantra Hub, the Vantra mobile app, vantrastudios.com, or any Vantra Studios product (collectively, "Vantra"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Vantra.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 17 to upload face photos for AI identity training. By signing up you confirm you meet these requirements. If we discover an account belongs to someone underage, we will delete it.
You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately. You may not share your account, sell it, or impersonate another person.
You retain ownership of content you create on Vantra (posts, comments, collab episodes, custom prompts). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within Vantra so the platform can function (showing your post in feeds, sharing collab episodes between participating creators, etc.). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is legally required.
Vantra's collab feature trains an AI model of your face from photos you upload. This is biometric data. Important things to know:

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
You can report any content that violates these Terms via the report button on posts, profiles, episodes, and messages. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, hide content, suspend accounts, or remove users entirely. Repeated violations result in permanent bans.
You can delete any content you've created at any time. You can request deletion of your entire account from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, comments, collab projects, episodes, identity model, face references, and messages. Some data may be retained briefly for legal or operational purposes (e.g. fraud prevention, tax records).
Vantra may sell prepaid platform usage credits called Vantra Credits. Vantra Credits can be used only for eligible Vantra products and AI services. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored-value currency, or a financial product, and they are not redeemable for cash. Credit packs and service prices may change as underlying infrastructure costs change. The number of credits required for a generation is shown before submission where practical.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, completed credit purchases are final. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law.
Vantra may offer recurring monthly memberships that include a defined monthly Vantra Credits allowance, platform benefits and a percentage discount on eligible Vantra AI usage. Membership credits are granted after successful payment processing. Discounts are subject to Vantra's configured minimum pricing and margin controls, so the effective credit discount may be limited on unusually expensive requests. Memberships renew until cancelled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Certain premium Vantra AI modes may require the membership tier displayed in the product interface. Customers may manage eligible subscriptions through the payment processor's customer portal.
Vantra uses third-party infrastructure to provide hosting, payments, storage, AI generation and other technical capabilities. Vantra AI may route a request to one or more third-party AI model or infrastructure providers. Customers purchase and spend Vantra Credits with Vantra; Vantra Credits are separate from any credits, tokens or subscriptions sold by an underlying provider. Provider availability, model behaviour, model selection and processing locations may change over time. Vantra may use automated routing, fallback, comparison or multi-engine synthesis to fulfil a request. Customer-facing Vantra mode names do not represent a claim that Vantra developed the underlying foundation models.
Vantra is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected outputs. We do not guarantee that any specific generation will succeed, look like you, or be free of artefacts. AI training and generation depend on third-party models that we do not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantra Studios disclaims all warranties (express, implied, or statutory) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantra Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vantra. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid Vantra Studios in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100 — whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vantra Studios harmless from any claim arising from content you post, your use of Vantra, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.
Vantra may offer optional marketing subscriptions for product releases, early access, Vantra Credit offers and other promotions. Creating an account, buying credits or submitting an enquiry does not by itself mean you have opted in to promotional email. Where you opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time. Vantra may keep a suppression record after an unsubscribe so the request can be honoured.
Vantra may also maintain a business prospect CRM for legitimate business development. The existence of a public business contact does not automatically make that address part of Vantra's consumer promotional deals list.
Vantra may provide promotional credits, referral rewards, saved-content features and release RSVPs through Vantra Passport. Promotional credits have no cash value and may be subject to eligibility, expiry, anti-abuse or one-account rules. Referral rewards become eligible only when the qualifying condition shown by Vantra is met, such as a referred customer completing a first paid credit purchase. Vantra may void fraudulent, duplicated or manipulated rewards.
Premiere RSVPs request a release reminder for the selected event. Opting into a premiere reminder does not automatically opt you into general marketing. Marketplace submissions are applications for review only and do not guarantee publication or a commercial relationship.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.

Vantra Store may offer physical products fulfilled by third-party suppliers or logistics providers. Product availability, delivery estimates and supplier stock can change. Vantra remains responsible for the customer-facing sale subject to the applicable checkout terms, consumer law and any clearly disclosed marketplace arrangement. We do not rely on fake reviews, fabricated scarcity or unverified product claims. Returns, refunds, shipping terms and product-specific restrictions displayed at checkout or on the product page form part of these terms.
